It's time for customers of major U.S. banks to demand that their lenders stop financing climate-wrecking fossil fuels, and instead fully embrace clean energy investments.

On March 21, 2023, thousands of customers (and others) of Chase Bank, Citibank, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America--the top four greenhouse gas-polluting U.S. banks--will take to the streets across the U.S. as part of TH!RD ACT's "Dis-credit Bad Banks Day of Action".

In support of the upcoming event, Climate First! has been organizing bank customers in the days before the national "Day of Action"  to share formal complaints (regarding the lenders' massive fossil fuel investments) with local branch managers of above four banks in the Washington, D.C. region. And then during the Day of Action on March 21st, we will be attending the main event at Franklin Park in Washington, D.C. At the event, Climate First! will be "tabling" for TH!RD ACT, sharing information on how bank customers can get involved with "green banking".
