On Friday, March 23^rd and Saturday, March 24th, we and our allies will have—for the 12th month in a row!—Days of Actions against Wells Fargo bank for its funding of the Keystone XL pipeline. Join us for peaceful direct actions at various Wells Fargo branches in the Mid-Atlantic region.

On Friday, March 23rd, peaceful direct actions will be held at Wells Fargo branches in 1) Bethesda, Maryland; 2) Washington, DC;  and 3) possibly other soon-to-be-determined locations. To RSVP for a direct action, contact its leader below.

DETAILS re the Days of Actions (Day 1) vs Wells Fargo

1st action, organized by Climate First! and Elders Climate Action – Bethesda, MD.
When: Friday, March 23, 2018, 11:30 am to 1 pm.
Where: We'll meet at 11:30 am for a short mandatory planning session in the metered parking lot located at 4704 West Virginia Ave in Bethesda, Maryland. Then we’ll walk the very short distance to the Wells Fargo bank branch on Wisconsin Ave. Closest metro station is Bethesda (Red Line).

2nd action, organized by Climate First! – Washington, DC.
When: Friday, March 23, 2018, 4 pm to 6 pm.
Where: We'll meet at 4 pm for a short mandatory planning session at Starbucks, 1301 Connecticut Ave., NW (Conn. & N), in Washington, DC. Then we’ll walk the very short distance to the nearby Wells Fargo bank branch. Closest metro station is Dupont Circle (Red line).
