Climate First! is currently holding its "Early Summer" fundraiser which ends at 11:59 pm tonight. As of late this afternoon, folks have donated $850.00, pushing us over half-way to our goal of $1,500. Please give generously.

 Your donation will help Climate First! continue to pressure JPMorgan Chase Bank--the world's worse climate-polluting bank--and other banks to start thinking climate first in all their decision-making. Presently, we are part of a large coalition working to move Chase and other financial institutions out of funding fossil fuels. And we are having some success, though admittedly a lot more work needs to be done.

Towards that, Climate First! has been increasing the number of bank actions that it runs (mostly in the Wash., D.C. area) by recruiting new volunteer action leaders. We totaled 11 bank actions in our most recent week of actions vs. Chase Bank (in early June), and will increase that number in our upcoming bank campaign.
