Young students around the world are calling on millions of adults to join their global climate strikes on September 20 and again on Sept. 27. With the United Nations hosting a Climate Action Summit in New York starting on September 23, students are calling for immediate action to address the impending climate crisis.
Join Climate First! and others at two climate events on Friday, September 20. First, we'll show our support for our Montgomery County, Maryland, student "strikers" in a rally in downtown Silver Spring, MD. And then we'll accompany the students to Washington, D.C. via metro to join a big march which will end at the U.S. Capitol.
