Wall Street banks, such as JPMorgan Chase, continue to lend massive amounts of monies to fossil fuel interests, despite climate-driven weather events such as killer heat waves, mega-droughts (often followed by deadly wildfires), and flash floods wreaking havoc in the U.S. and around the world.
Join Climate First! as part of the 200+ group nationwide coalition, Stop The Money Pipeline (STMP), where we engage Chase Bank in STMP's "Blame Wall Street" campaign. This Friday, October 7, 2022, we continue our weekly actions at Chase branches in the Wash., D.C. area by demanding that the lender--the #1 investor in fossil fuels of any bank in the world--divest from dirty fossil fuels, and invest in clean energy.
