This October 5th, Join the People vs. Big Oil at the Supreme Court

On Monday, October 5, 2026, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear Big Oil's arguments as to why they should be able to avoid trial in Boulder, Colorado's climate lawsuit against Exxon Mobil and Suncor Energy. And we hope you can join Climate First! and others at a rally outside the "High Court" in Washington, D.C. to show support for Boulder and the other communities trying to hold Big Oil accountable for its deception, and the damages caused by fossil fuels. See "DETAILS" below.

More than 1 in 4 Americans live in a community that is fighting to put fossil fuel companies on trial to hold them accountable for their lies about climate change, and make them pay for the harm they have caused. While each case is different, the Supreme Court’s ruling in Suncor v. Boulder will have a critical impact on the future of climate accountability efforts across the United States.
