Join the Extinction Rebellion this coming Wednesday, January 23, 2019, in Washington, D.C. for an introduction to nonviolent direct action. During the training, there will be a presentation about the Extinction Rebellion (XR) in general, followed by an introduction to the theory and practical aspects of nonviolent action direct action. While the training will focus mostly on preparation for the XR action scheduled for Saturday, January 26th in D.C., it will also be a good opportunity to meet other people who are concerned about preserving the climate.
