In our upcoming 7th Annual Meeting, speakers will include Maryland's own, Bart Rubenstein, and his young son, Ari, who will share their family's efforts to promote sustainability and climate protection in the U.S. and beyond. We'll learn how this concerned family decided to take matters in their own hands by starting a nonprofit--Mother Earth Project--and then engaging people around the world with projects such as "Parachutes for the Planet," among others.
Come enjoy vegetarian "finger"food (some home-cooked!) and inspiring talks, on a Sunday (early) afternoon at the Tenleytown Library in NW Washington, D.C. See details, including how to RSVP, below.

When: Sunday, March 1, 2020; the Annual Meeting is from 1:30 pm to 3 pm. The Board of Directors meeting, which the public is invited to attend, runs from 3:05 pm to 3:45 pm.
Where: Tenley-Friendship Neighborhood Library, 4450 Wisconsin Ave., NW, Washington, D.C. The Tenleytown Metro stop (Red Line) is near the library. After entering the library, go upstairs to the large meeting room.
