On Sunday afternoon, February 26, 2023, Climate First! will hold (virtually) its' 10th Annual Meeting. In the online meeting, we will hear speakers share their perspectives on how activism is helping to address the climate crisis. And we are honored to have Sarah Lasoff, manager of the "Customers for Climate Justice" (C4CJ) campaign, give the keynote address. The C4CJ campaign--in which Climate First! is involved in a big way--is one of the main projects of the powerful nationwide coalition, Stop the Money Pipeline. Please RSVP below.
We will also look back at Climate First!'s past year, as well as to how the organization plans to go forward amid the ever-growing number of climate-fueled natural disasters occurring around the world. Everyone is invited to participate in the meeting by sharing their thoughts and questions.
At the backend of the Annual Meeting--around 2:30 pm--we will transition into a Board of Directors meeting to work on issues regarding the nonprofit. Attendees to the previous general meeting are certainly welcome to stay for the Board meeting, or free, of course, to leave the Annual Meeting at that time.
